Phases, 1 Result

Recovery Services are deployed in three phases that work
in concert to assure a successful result:
Initiation & Planning Phase
Your Project
internetPMO. Team hits the ground running – quickly and
carefully documenting the scope of the project, the
timeline and the deliverables. Any problems plaguing the
project are identified and an effective Recovery Plan is
recommended. With sign-off from the client, we
immediately launch phase two.
Recovery & Monitoring Phase
From the
Project War Room – either on-site or remotely depending
on the circumstances – your internetPMO Team project managers
work closely with company management to implement the
Recovery Plan. Status reports, deliverables and timeline
are continually monitored to address any problems should
they arise.
Completion Phase
With the
project back on track and nearing successful completion,
your internetPMO Team prepares a final report indicating that
the project’s objectives have been met based on the
agreed upon metrics. internetPMO stands down but
remains ready redeploy at a moment’s notice.
