The Project Manager Mentoring program is very simple.  We bring together a seasoned PMI certified PM with a client project manager or business sponsor.  The best Project Managers are the ones with experience.  The experience that is gained from running many projects and have learned for their success and failures on projects. 

The relationship between the Project Management Team begins after the first call.  We gather an understanding of the needs of the client and develop the plan to get the PM where they need to be.
