Over
the last 15 years we have developed a consulting approach that
helps customers deliver projects successful by leveraging the
project management office concept. The team that was
created from this approach and available to all companies is the
InternetPMO.

Our approach is
very successful and efficient. We create successful
projects not by taking over but my teaming up with our clients.
We mentor, assist in the planning and sometimes are called upon
to recover a failing project. Our PMO shared services are provided
at
50-75% off the traditional outsourcing model.

the project is critical, and the planning needs to be completed
ASAP, bring on a internetPMO team consultant to provide Project Rapid Launch Planning Services.
The collaborative approach will ensure that your
project is planned as quickly as possible, and that your Project
Manager can take on the task of managing the project after the
planning is complete.
If your project
is started and it doesn't seem to be progressing as well as
needed, bring in our Consultant to provide our Project Recovery Services. We quickly asses
the situation to rescue any IT or business project that finds
itself over budget, off course or bogged down.

The Project Oversight
Services are perfectly designed to assist
business
with project development. Our team will ensure that
your projects are progressing as planned. We develop a
plan for frequent monitoring and reporting in a 3rd party
oversight role.
We reduce the
risk and aid in communication to the executive ranks.
For those
projects that have an assigned PM that may be called upon to
manage a project that is beyond their capability, take the risk
out by adding an
experienced
project management mentor
to help guide the PM.
Within the context of the project,
the Project Manager is learning from the mentor while advancing
the project.
